1.Choose seven healthy snacks that you would like to have for a school week. These can be snacks that you have tried before, or new ones that you want to try. Make sure to include a variety of snacks, such as fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and protein.
2.For each snack, write a short description of what it is and why you chose it.
3.Create a table or chart that shows your healthy snack plan for the school week. Make sure to include the name of each snack, the day of the week, and the time of day that you will have it.
Task 3: Share your healthy snack plan
In this task, you will share your healthy snack plan with your classmates. Here’s what you need to do:
1.Create a poster or flyer that shows your healthy snack plan for the school week. You can use a program like Microsoft Word or Canva to create your poster or flyer.
2.On your poster or flyer, include a picture of each snack and a short description of what it is and why you chose it. You can also include other information, such as the benefits of eating healthy snacks, tips for choosing healthy snacks, and fun facts about healthy snacks.
3.Present your poster or flyer to your classmates. Tell them about your healthy snack plan and why you chose the snacks that you did.
4.Ask your classmates for feedback on your healthy snack plan. What do they like about it? What suggestions do they have for improving it?
